Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By paying a deposit/booking fee you agree to these conditions.
Package Pricing
Your chosen package and any additional styling options are outlined in your proposal and form part of this agreement. Pricing is based on the package selected at the time of booking, with any adjustments for add-ons or travel applied as confirmed.
Bridal Previews (Trials)
A bridal preview (trial) is included in all bridal hairstyling packages. All trials are held at my home studio at Mount Annan, NSW. Previews appointments are available Tuesday -Thursday. Limited weekend appointments maybe available on request. Cancellation or rescheduling of trials requires 48hrs' notice.
Bookings
To secure your date, a signed contract and $200 non-refundable booking fee is required. The final balance is due 12 days before your wedding.
For bookings made within three months of the wedding date, a signed contract and non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable. They cover administration and the loss of other potential bookings.
If Sharon May Bridal Hair is unable to attend the client's booking sue to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, every effort will be made to find a replacement stylist. However finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less the booking fee and any services provided.
Booking Numbers
A minimum spend of $720 applies to all wedding day bookings (includes bridal preview)
Final numbers must be confirmed 60 days before your wedding date, when your Final Details Questionnaire is issued. This is your final opportunity to make changes. If the questionnaire is not returned, the booking details already agreed to will be treated as confirmed and the full balance will remain due.
No changes can be accepted within 60 days of the wedding. This includes but not limited to situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closers. Additional services can be booked in, pending the availability of the stylist.
Early Start Times & Public Holidays
Services starting before 5.30am or on a public Holiday (including Easter Saturday) incur a $30 surcharge per person. These will be outlined in your proposal.
Second Hairstylist
If your booking requires a second stylist, this will be discussed with you. A second stylist may incur an additional fee, $280 and travel fee, which will be included in your proposal.
Cancellation Policy
Trials: 48hrs notice required.
Weddings: 60 days notice required.
Cancellations within 60 days of the wedding will result in the full balance being due.
All booking fees are non- refundable.
In the unlikely event that Sharon May Bridal Hair is unable to attend the client's booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency, or other circumstances beyond their control (force majeure), every effort will be made to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less the booking fee and any service provided.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to updated pricing.
Covid
Enforced cancelations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in a full refund minus the booking fee. The credited to a future date (subject to availability). If Sharon is unavailable for the new date, the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable.

Travel and Parking
Travel is not included in package pricing and charged at $1 per kilometer from your stylist's home. Where multiple locations are required, this travel fee will be calculated separately. Parking space must be provided close to the getting-ready location. Any hotel or parking fees the responsibility of client..
Where accomodation is required, this will be agreed upon by both parties. Payment of the accomodation is the responsibility of the client.
Satisfaction & Aftercare
Hairstyling will be completed to your satisfaction on the day. Once styled, it is your responsibility to maintain your hair throughout the day. Avoid steam (from garment steamers or irons) or activities that may affect your hairstyle. Additional fees may apply if restyling is required.Cancellation Policy

Photography
By signing this contract, you agree that Sharon May Bridal Hair may contact your photographer to access professional images for marketing purposes. If you or your bridal party prefer not to be photographed or have images shared, please advise in writing, prior to the day.
