Please read these terms and conditions before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.


Pricing is tailored to individual service based on the information provided by the client. Proposals remain valid for 14 days. After this period, pricing may change and a new proposal maybe necessary.


Trials are included in your proposal and take place in a home studio in Mount Annan, NSW Tuesdays - Fridays. Weekend appointments may be available upon special request and availability.

A minimum booking fee of $680.00 applies to all wedding bookings.
Changes to booking numbers must be confirmed one month prior to your wedding date.
If two hairstylists are attending, confirmation is required six months before the wedding date. Any changes after these dates will result in the original invoice being payable in full.

Bookings are confirmed/secured by the first client to complete the booking process.
To confirm/secure your wedding date, both a signed contract and $200.00 booking fee are required. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance. 
For bookings made within three months of the wedding date, a 50% booking fee is required, while bookings made within one month of the wedding date require full payment at the time of booking.
All bookings are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within a 12 month time period. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.

Second Hairstylist Fee $250.00. For parties of 8 or more, a second hairstylist is required. 
Bridal party numbers must be confirmed 6 months before the wedding day. Failure to confirm details, will result in the second hairstylist fee will be charged in full, minus any hair services not provided. 

Travel and tolls fees are included within the following packages, Classic Romance, Highlands Charm, City Glamour and Vineyard Elegance.
For locations outside these areas, travel will be calculated at $30 per half hour, including tolls.
Clients are responsible for parking arrangements and fees.
Accommodation, if required, will be either mutually agreed upon or $200 per night.

This service is not a standalone service and is subject to timing.

Government-enforced cancellations (lockdowns) will result in a refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for Sharon May Bridal Hair to contact the client's wedding photographer to access professional images and use them for social media/website and marketing purposes. Please let Sharon May Bridal Hair know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or not happy with Sharon May Bridal Hair sharing images for marketing purposes. Sharon May Bridal Hair is happy to be photographed on your wedding day however please ensure we are tagged @sharonmaybridalhair or credited for the work performed. 

Cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 24hrs notice. Cancelling of weddings requires  2 months notice.

Failure to notify Sharon May Bridal Hair prior to  60 days before the wedding date, will result in payment being due in full. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/ or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warmings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not  been made, Sharon May Bridal Hair will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expenseof the client.

All booking fees are strictly non-refundable  regardless of reason. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that Sharon May Bridal Hair Team members are unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personalemergency or any other circustance beyond their control, Sharon May Bridal Hair will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will recieve a full efund of the money paid, less services provided.

BOOKing

Final payment is due 12 days before the wedding date. The individual who signed the booking contract is responsible for the full payment, to be made via the invoice provided.

A $50 early start fee applies to hairstyling services before 5am.
Sunday weddings - 15% surcharge applies.
Weddings booked on Public Holidays - 20% surcharge applies.

Accommodation for rescheduling/postponements are available within 12 months from the original booked wedding date. lease note, pricing adjustments may apply and are subject to availability.
